Nancy Alexander is a Managing Attorney at Lucas & Barba, LLP working out of the Portland office.  She handles a wide variety of removal defense cases, appeals, and family based immigration matters. She represents clients before United States Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Ninth Circuit.  She graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon and Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.  Ms. Alexander previously worked as a non-profit attorney at Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project in Los Angeles, and as a BIA Accredited Representative at Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services in Portland, Oregon.  Ms. Alexander speaks Spanish and is a member of the State Bars of Oregon and California. She is a Qualified Representative for our clients who are members of the Franco-Gonzalez class.
